# gaisr: Genomic Analysis Illuminating Structured RNA
#

A pipeline incorporating several de novo RNA discovery tools for
finding, filtering and scoring ncRNA in operon and genome wide
prokaryotes.  Additionally supports manual curation by several
graphical presentations of 'hits' in various user defined genomic
contexts

## Usage

Currently there are both cmdline and web based interactions to
different entry points and useage.  This needs significant expansion
and consolidation and regularization.
