Expected Behavior

"Extract all files" from the 4.1.1.zip on windows should complete seamlessly with a folder containing all of the extracted files.

Current Behavior

windows error message window alerting to filename is too long

Steps to Reproduce

1. download the .zip from github onto a Win 11 environment
2. right click and choose extract all files from the context menu
3. view the windows message about the filenames too long
