This PR picks up a fix from https://github.com/fhessel/esp32_https_server/tree/feature/subjectAltName to add a SAN field based on the certs subject CN to self-signed certificates generated by the library. Without this, many current browsers complain about those certificates.
Additional clean-ups from https://github.com/amandel/esp32_https_server/tree/hotfix/openbikesensor are integrated.
Those changes have been successfully verified by me in a build of OpenBikeSensor.
