  1. test(android): allow release mode e2e testing 

    - use "Keeper" from Slack so androidTest works in release mode
- alter coverage reporting location depending on test mode
- allow cleartext comms in release build so metro bundler works

TODO:
- turn off release bundle compilation perhaps?
- figure out why test app loads, but Jet connection isn't made
  - try to turn off minification to see if that works, first
- develop Keep rules that function correctly for RNFB issue
