Why?

Closes #293

We want to be more transparent on the README about which resources are available in which API versions.

How?

Adding notes to the supported API versions. Also updating the user-agent, which was accidentally deleted some time ago.

Even though this is true, I think there's no need to be so specific about the internals to avoid creating confusion 😄
