I created a git repo to demonstrate:
git clone https://github.com/rigoleto/immutable-cursor-with-ts.git
cd immutable-cursor-with-ts
npm install
npm run-script tsc
Error encountered
index.ts(5,25): error TS2656: Exported external package typings file 'node_modules/immutable/contrib/cursor/index.d.ts' is not a module. Please contact the package author to update the package definition.
