To start this container:

docker run -ti hypnza/qemu_debian_mipsel

To share a host directory in to the container and in to qemu, start the container with:

docker run -ti -v `pwd`:/hostshare hypnza/qemu_debian_mipsel

(where pwd can be a path of your choosing)

The "/hostshare" directory (inside docker) will then be exposed to qemu. Once logged in to qemu run:

mkdir /hostshare
mount -t 9p -o trans=virtio,version=9p2000.L hostshare /hostshare

If might appear to hang at the lines below:

[    0.000000] CPU frequency 200.00 MHz
[    0.000000] Console: colour dummy device 80x25
[    0.000000] console [tty0] enabled, bootconsole disabled

But just give it a minute or two and you should be greeted by a login prompt:

Debian GNU/Linux 7 debian-mipsel ttyS0
