Currently a list is not scrolled automatically to a selected value.
This gives difficulties in case of long lists.
Assume I need to change the current "iPhone 12" entity (sensor.iphone_12) to another similar one (like "iPhone 15" or "iPhone 12" which is device_tracker.iphone_12) - then I need to search the needed entity or scroll manually to it:

This PR adds an automatic scroll to a current item (if it is defined) on opening a list.

Possible use cases:

1. A language is selected to "English", it is needed to quickly change it to "English (GB)":
   

2. Some area is selected, it is needed to change it to an area located nearby that selected one:
   

3. Same about an entity in entity picker:
