Hipacc demonstration project for Renderscript and Filterscript for Android Studio.

Make sure that the hipacc as well as the clang and llvm-config binaries are in your PATH. Launch Android Studio from the command line so that these changes are visible to Android Studio. Load the project in Android Studio, build the App, and run it on your Android device.
