VanillaJS tool to convert Wikipedia "Issuer identification number (IIN)" data table to JSON
The only purpose of this tool is to scrape "Credit Card IIN" data from "Wikipedia" and convert it to JSON format for easy processing.
NOTE : This code is not written for performance in any way, maybe in future.
