Current Targets: .NET 6.0, .NET 7.0, .NET 8.0

  • Updated all projects and solutions to support .NET 8
  • Updated unit tests to target .NET 6 through 8
  • Dropped the .NET 6 version of the star wars API and added a version targeting .NET 8
  • Centrlaized common csproj settings for all test projects
