This ticket breaks up the
parseAndAugmentmethod into smaller methods which are easier to understand. This also adds unit-tests specifically for the augmentation methods that were extracted fromparseAndAugment. This should have no affect on the functionality ofparseAndAugmentand is purely just reorganization.parseAndAugmentnow has the following helper methods:parseOverlayFilesparserOriginalFilesaugmentOverlayFileaugmentOriginalImportsaugmentOriginalFile
