Issue description

If the light2D's offset is too big, the shadow occluders stop working.

Steps to reproduce

Hard to describe, heres a video instead. Look at the smaller light.

Godot_v4.4.1-stable_win64_cMOag1Ecdj.mp4

Basically, make the offset big and rotate the light towards mouse.
