  1. Removes 2f verification spec tests 

    This functionality is covered by the gitlab-sshd/acceptance_test.go
tests files. The Ruby spec file is therefore redundant and we can
remove it.

  2. Removes personal access token specs 

    These specs are covered in-depth by the personalaccesstoken package
TestExecute tests. Having them is therefore redundant and these
can be safely removed for now.

  3. Removes the final spec tests from this repository 

    I've walked through the tests to ensure we have ample coverage
within unit/acceptance tests and added an additional
acceptance test just to be sure.
