When calling list team members all members of child teams are returned.

This forces having all child team members in the parent team if wanting a semi-accurate view of things.
It also breaks the usage of child teams when attempting to automate membership via tools like Terraform ( see integrations/terraform-provider-github#1193 )

Is there a reason for this, or some plan to improve this in future?
