This fixes the confusing wording on https://choosealicense.com/non-software/. This replaces the original
"Note that Creative Commons does not recommend its licenses be used for software or hardware." with
"Note that Creative Commons recommends that you do not use its licenses for software or hardware. " This fixes #1268.
