"Marks" and "Mark" appear throughout https://github.com/github/MVG/blob/main/org-docs/TRADEMARKS.md in a few different forms both with double, single and no quotes. It appears that the intent is to substitute the actual name of a trademark for "Mark" in some places. This could be made clearer.
