@Worldviral Did you mean to say that you were not able to download it? If so, what were the symptoms? Don't leave us guessing here, unless you want to make this a fun guessing game where the most ridiculous guess gets a prize, in which case I would guess that your download link is controlled by an alien from a parallel universe who -- for reasons of their own! -- doesn't want you to use Git. |

Are you using an older Chrome version? I seem to recall that we saw problems like that which were resolved by upgrading Chrome. |

Changes since Git for Windows v2.48.1 (February 13th 2025)
Due to persistent maintenance challenges and the community's limited engagement and usage,
git svnsupport in Git for Windows will be phased out over the next few months.Git for Windows v2.48.1 was the last version to ship with the i686 ("32-bit") variant of the installer, portable Git and archive. Only 32-bit MinGit will be built for future versions, until April 2029.
