PR Description
This PR is to add the AI Request feature to the API Dash application.
The AI Request feature is a feature that enables LLM API usage directly on the platform just like HTTP or GraphQL Requests
Additionally, this serves as the base foundation for all kinds of AI/LLM integrations within the APIDash application
The entire code is written in a very extensible and easy to understand way.
