1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell us your story.

We are currently developing an iOS application that uses the Fish Audio TTS API.
In this application, we send text to Fish Audio for speech synthesis and then play the audio to the user.

As the number of users increases, requests tend to concentrate, and multiple TTS requests often occur simultaneously.
The required number of concurrent connections varies depending on the number of users and their activity, but the current limit (5–15 connections) is not sufficient in our case.

2. What is your suggested solution?

Could you please advise us on the following:

  • Is there a formal procedure to request an increase in the concurrency limit?
  • Are commercial or enterprise plans available for such use cases?
  • If not, is there an alternative contact channel other than support@fish.audio?

3. Additional context or comments

We have already contacted support@fish.audio (as described in the documentation), but we have not received a reply yet.

We truly appreciate your support and the great work you are doing with Fish Speech.

4. Can you help us with this feature?

  • I am interested in contributing to this feature.
