Different menu after upgrade and after log out and in #388
Description
I've updated to 1.4.0 RC2 and upon completion everything with a logged in user looks good.
But after logging out and logging in again the menu is different.
Upon first login the screen is blank. Upon refresh I get the content.
As far as the home screen looks I cannot click on the links which are restricted pages which are within my web permissions. All links are DocLister provided.
The wayfinder menu is also incorrect. It's as though I'm actually not logged in.
