BluetoothSerial misbehaves when a second device connects to ESP32 so this helps limit the connections to only 1.

It does not limit the number of devices that can be paired with ESP32 and it does allow any paired device to connect with ESP32 - just one at a time. Note that after the first device connects any following connection attempt is not refused, but it's immediately rejected after connection.
