Description

Under arduino-esp32 v2.0.3, esp32c3 has a mount failure issue using the SPIFFS library. [ Serial print:--> E (153) SPIFFS: Mount failed, -10025 SPIFFS mount failed ].
Under the arduino-esp32 v2.0.2, esp32c3 uses the library and everything works fine.
The code used is the sample code SPIFFS_Test.

In addition, under arduino-esp32 v2.0.3, ESP32C3's use of the LittleFS library also failed.
