This issue track refactoring of Touch to use ESP-IDF API.

Note

Chips other than ESP32 already use ESP-IDF APIs, but do not support interrupts.

Task lists:

• check the current state of Touch on different chips
• propose possible solutions how to refactor Touch peripheral
• refactoring itself
• testing

One of possible and already discussed solution can be different Touch for each groups of chips.:
