The downloadable archives contain jars of the EPICS Base Binaries, Sources and Javadoc as well as examples.
To allow for a complete offline install, the archives also provide binary jars of all external dependencies.
The automatically generated "source code" downloads only contain the parent project without the subprojects and are of very limited use.
