It's been a few months that 3.16 was released and it included a regression compared to 3.15.2 (#9700). This is fixed in the master branch, but unreleased. The other unreleased changes are also minor, mainly translations, so it might be a good time to think about a 3.16.x bugfix release before turning our attention to the next 3.17.x.

Thoughts?

I started to put together #9752

As it stands, I can't push to PyPI so I might need @tomchristie or @carltongibson to either add me to it or help me publish the distributions

Could you confirm your PyPI username and I'll add you as a maintainer.
