To build lint.js:

git submodule update --rebase
make

Once built:

node lint.js FILE.js [OPTIONS.json]

lint.js utilizes JSLINT on FILE passing the options hash defined
	in OPTIONS.json if supplied; this requires the user to include
	the appropriate comments or supply a valid json file.
	a json file for "The Good Parts" options is included.
