In languages other than English 'method signature' and 'legal signature' may use different words. It was confusing to see essentially 'Change legal signature' refactoring when using VS in my native language, so I added a comment to help better localize it. The interesting thing is that in
EditorFeaturelayer translations where correct, while inFeatureswrong word was used. Nevertheless I added comment to all instances to avoid potential regression in the future
