* [WIP] Updates for the newer libzip version

Also some additions to the API as well as fixed a handful of compile
warnings

* Possible fix for the "unable to open as zip archive" error

Let's see if it breaks any tests...

* Bump version to 2.1.0

New minor version because of the new versions of native libraries
