After switching tabs Scroll bar moves up

To Reproduce
Install v1.91.5671.0 standalone application. Download a large open source project to localize. (e.g. DNN Community). On the Main tab scroll down to localize some content in the lower parts of the left pane. Then go Translate tab and go back to Main tab. Scroll bar moves up.

Expected behavior
Scroll bar position stays same.
