Hey @motdotla, messing up ignore files on every command execution is bad.
For example, I don't want to have any
.envfiles being bundled in my docker images if I can get them at runtime nor throw away every docker build-step cache every time a local env changes (all envs are encrypted to the same.env.vaultfile).closes #327
