Document Edit History in Heading Chat #101

In docs.plus, documents are split up into sections (and sub-sections), with each having a heading. Our next major feature will be each section+heading having its own chat.

I propose that every edit made to the contents of a section is shown in its chat. This might take the form of a message saying something like:

[timestamp] User123 writes "Once upon a time"

[timestamp] User123 changes "going there tomorrow" to "went there yesterday"

[timestamp] User123 deletes "The ends justify the means"

[timestamp] User123 creates a subsection "Examples"

We could include controls to revert edits, and to view the historical versions of a section at a given edit.
