Usage

Add GraphicWinCtrl unit to the project
Create inherited from TGraphicWinControl component
Override Paint procedure
In case of need, override the object constructor
In case of need, set the on[Pen/Brush/Font][Change/Set], onHitTest, OnBlur/OnFocus events
