Tempfile handling changed, closes #38
- temp files now in user.home/.ekube/tmp - filenames are now element uuids - editors are reused - new fetched kubernetes content only written to disk when content differs, so reload dialog only shown to user when content has really changed, otherwise editor will show up again without reload dialog.
