Chris has waveform data he's reducing to show extents, but it also has multiple components. So this needs to be a bundle, but the bundled elements need to have BIN_MIN and BIN_MAX relations between the columns. Also there should be a way to bundle waveform data.

This will require BIN_MIN_NAME, BIN_MAX_NAME, DELTA_PLUS_NAME, etc.
