only be available in jcenter. It is needed by project :contracts > net.corda:corda-testserver-impl:4.9 This adds the jcenter repo (to all projects, it could alternatively be added just to contracts)

The dependency org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-html-jvm:0.6.12 appears to only be available in jcenter.
