Today I use the following instruction to download the code-server.

curl -fsSL https://code-server.dev/install.sh | sh

I use the terminal in CNB,just like this.

Before this, I have opened the proxy.However,the speed of the project is very slow.So will the environment like CNB disabled the proxy?
