android update project --subprojects --target android-19 --path . --name ApiDemos

ant clean debug

adb install -r ./bin/ApiDemos-debug.apk

Or npm run-script prepublish, which does the same thing.

ant clean instrument

adb install -r ./bin/ApiDemos-instrumented.apk
