Pyrefly is a super-fast Rust-based type checker for Python. ISTM that there's value to having a local scanner for type checking to inform AI coding agents. Perhaps we need some mechanism for adding support without enabling by default...?
I have not implemented Pyrefly as a cloud-side tool.
