Backdrop Lib

Since this Material Design Component is not yet officially released it is up to the developer to design it. There is a nice implementation at: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52541557/using-backdrop-on-android

This is the official way as per the MDC (Material Design Codelab), ripped out of the Material Shrine study. A simple lib to get you started.
