Fixes: #11029

Acceptance criteria: #11029 (comment)

This PR fixes the search code command when either the --extension or --filename flags were used in conjunction with the --web flag. The extension and filename qualifiers that these flags corresponded are no longer supported and cause an error for the user. To fix this the code does a simple conversion of the old extension and filename qualifiers into the supported path qualifier. This conversion only takes place when targeting github.com and does not occur when targeting GHES.

One thing to note is that I chose to use this simple format path := fmt.Sprintf("%s.%s", filename, extension) to construct the path qualifier which differs slightly from the acceptance criteria. I did this as it gave search results that better mirrored the API search results in my brief testing. Let me know if you would like me to change this.

Really appreciate your time improving the gh search code experience, @samcoe! 🫶

Beyond a small suggestion to handle another GitHub distribution, I'd like to do some research on the use of both --filename and --extension flags as I'm unsure if users would be surprised by --filename taking precedent.

thought: I hadn't quite considered the situation if someone uses gh search code with both --filename and --extension flags and ramifications here 🤔

It has me wondering whether they should be mutually exclusive in certain situations.

This is a good call out and made me rethink the logic on how to build the path qualifier.

@andyfeller Thanks for the code review 🙇

I made the suggested changes. Additionally, I simplified the logic for building the path qualifier. I realized it was a bit too complicated and really what the user would expect is just a simple concatenation of the filename and extension flags. This new logic allows the flags to be used together without confusion. Additionally, it also allows for searching for files that do not have an extension and also for files that have multiple .s in their name.

Thanks @samcoe and @andyfeller for this PR! 🙏

LGTM! I just want to see one more test case to cover the extension handling.
