   - Added icon registry (node-type-icons.ts) mapping all 13 node types
   - Added icons to all NodePalette buttons for visual identification
   - Added icons to all canvas node headers (size=18)
   - Replaced unicode symbols (▶/■) with Play/Square icons on Start/End
   - Changed SubAgentFlow icon from GitBranch to Bot for consistency

2. improvement: allow dragging nodes out of group nodes (#656) …

   - Removed expandParent: true from child node properties
   - expandParent was causing the parent group to auto-expand,
     preventing nodes from being dragged outside
