   - Add dropdown to select Copilot CLI or VSCode Copilot execution mode
   - Create shared workflow-prompt-generator.ts for Mermaid/instruction generation
   - Add copilot-cli-mcp-sync-service.ts for $HOME/.copilot/mcp-config.json sync
   - Export as Skills format (.github/skills/name/SKILL.md) for CLI mode
   - Run command uses `copilot -i ":skill name" --allow-all-tools`
   - Remove unused extension i18n keys
   - Unify prompt output to English only
