1. fix: sync conversation history to workflow-store on every change (#387) …

   - Added useEffect to sync refinement-store.conversationHistory to activeWorkflow
   - Prevents history loss when refinement panel is collapsed/expanded
   - Uses useRef to skip unnecessary syncs when reference hasn't changed

   - Added useEffect to update activeWorkflow when nodes/edges change
   - Ensures AI refinement always sees current canvas state
   - Uses updateActiveWorkflowMetadata to avoid infinite loop
