I spent a few hours trying to get JAX-B working with Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.1.3. I finally gave up, and just forked the biojava code and converted it in about 40 minutes. I can create a pull request if that is something of interest. The guidelines state a pull to master, but I didn't think that was appropriate for this change. All of the unit tests ran fine.

Let me know if that is something of interest to the community and I will do the pull request against the whatever branch is appropriate.
