New Release: Bouncy Castle Java 1.83

We are pleased to announce the availability of Bouncy Castle Java 1.83.

This release includes:

• Composite signatures – First to Market!
• Unsigned X.509 certificates, enabling reduced size of PQC trust anchors
• Support for Java 25 Key Derivation Function (KDF) API
• Enhanced CRMF/CMP support for Key Encapsulation Mechanism (KEM) keys, as an alternative Proof-of-Possession (POP) mechanism
• Bug fixes.
