Under GSSOC'23

In this PR,

1. I have added the feature of screenshot will proper tkinter gui in python.
2. Added a time delay button to capture after that delay.
3. Also can take multiple screenshot from the tkinter gui.
4. Added the documentation for screenshot folder.
