The Angular adapter was never published to NPM. This adds a release workflow (triggered by angular-v* tags) mirroring the React adapter workflow, and bumps the adapter version to 2.7.0 to align with core. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
