This tries to install precompiled binaries from jdx/ruby, falling back to ruby-build if needed. They have binaries for ruby 3.2.1 through 4.0.1 for Linux (x86_64, arm64) and macOS (Apple Silicon). Resolves #57.
How do we feel about changing the default install behavior? Do we want to build from source by default instead and let this be an experimental feature, mirroring what mise does?
