Issue body actions

The HTTPS certificate functionality is only needed by macOS users that use Safari. For all other users this functionality is not needed, and we do not want to confuse them.

Things we can do to improve the situation:

  • Rename the menu item to "Manage Safari HTTPS certificate"
  • Remove the menu item, instead of just disabling it, for Windows and Linux
  • Better explain why we need the HTTPS certificate with Safari, how the certificate is used and how the installation/trust process in the KeyChain works. This can be documented in the README.md file or in a new wiki page.
